Buyer please be aware that Fuchsia and Purple foil paper strips are VERY similar to one another. The fuchsia is half a shade towards red while the purple is half a shade towards blue. It is recommended that you buy the fuchsia or the purple but not both since the two are very similar.

BIG Foil Mix ($3.00)

For Lucky Star aficionados only! These long strips of foil paper are suitable for making fairly large Lucky Stars. The strips are 1 inch wide and 24 inches long.

They make Lucky Stars that are approx 1½ inches wide from tip to tip. That's pretty big compared to the typical Lucky Stars which are about ½ inch wide.

There are 20 strips; 2 of each color:
* pink * fuchsia * red * orange * light blue
* gold * silver * green * dark blue * purple
One extra "practice" strip included: a total of 21 long strips of foil paper.

Strips are hand cut so they're not perfect, but as humanly perfect as possible. Makes a great companion to the Confetti Mix shown above.

Glow in the Dark Strips ($5.00)

Glow in the dark paper strips are hard to come by: they only make them in Korea and that explains why they are so costly.

Glow in the dark paper strips come in 4 styles:
- pink: entire strip can glow-in-the-dark,
- light green: entire strip can glow-in-the-dark,
- white with pink stars: only the pink stars glow-in- the-dark,
- white with green stars: only the green stars glow-in-the-dark.

These strips are different from the other paper strips found in this craft store. Paper strips are:

less than ½" wide and close to 6" long (1 cm X 15 cm)
makes stars that are a little less than ½" wide
comes in a pack of 80 strips
machine-cut and pre-packaged.

Buyer please be aware. These strips are shorter than what you might expect (only 6 inches long) but they do make pretty cool Lucky Stars. You just have to be more careful because the stars are smaller.

Buyer please be aware. These strips are a little shorter compared to some of the Lucky Star paper strips offered on this website. However, being conservative and careful, the 8⅜" length is enough to make really cute stars.

Hello Kitty Paper Strips ($5.00)

Hello Kitty paper strips are also hard to come by because they are shipped out of Korea.

Buyer be aware: these paper strips are perfect for Hello Kitty lovers but the chances of having Hello Kitty exactly centered on a lucky star is very low. The joy of these paper strips is seeing the lovable character on the strips while you fold them. See enlargement.

Glittery Strips ($5.00)

Again, these pre-cut, pre-packaged paper strips are originally from Asia thereby explaining their higher cost.

These paper strips are glimmery and come in 6 colors (blue, red, silver, green, fuchsia, and gold). They are textured and feel bumpy to the touch. The bumps reflect the light giving them the glitter effect. Some of the strips have holographic-like starburst designs imprinted on them (see here for comparison):
